Expensive for what it does
It’s not a bad product but I didn’t really notice anything above and beyond what I would get from a drugstore brand. I will finish the one I have but won’t be buying another.

Pretty good
I keep 1 in my purse, 1 by my bed, and an unopened back up. It’s not perfect, hence the 4 stars. Sometimes I’ll wake up after having it on overnight, and my lips feel odd. I go back and forth between this and another lip mask for nights, and that seems to help. The consistency is pretty good, and it really doesn’t have a smell to me.

Beautiful hydrated lips
I love this lip balm! It hydrates your lips without them looking glossy or sticky, just beautiful soft looking lips. Price is a little steep though.

Goopier than expected
I'm not a fan of goopy -- for instance, the kind of sticky lip gloss that comes in a tube with a wand. I ordered Dermalogica Renewal Lip Complex because it appeared to come in a twist-up tube, similar to a lipstick. However, the container is deceptive; once the cap is removed, the top of the tube is translucent plastic with holes, through which the somewhat gooey product squeezes as the tube is twisted. I was hoping for a texture more similar to lipstick than to petroleum jelly, which is why I'm not giving five stars. If I'm careful to apply only a small amount, it's not too bad, and it is nice to use first thing in the morning. Someone who likes a lip gloss-type texture would probably be fine with this, and I consider this applicator to be preferable to a wand that has to be dipped into product.

Lip treatment
The lip treatment improves the texture and plumps the lips slightly. It works well under lipstick, but my lips still chap a little.
