I highly suggest researching Turmeric if you have cystic acne or other inflammed skin condition. This product has changed my skin. I use it only 3 times a week, and it has radically improved my skin. I dont break out anymore, my skin is smooth with no dry or rough patches, redness is gone, my pores are getting smaller and smaller, and the fine lines around my eyes are less noticeable. I really like the Lytic product. This is the fourth time Ive ordered. It does a good job of controlling breakouts without drying out the skin. I use it nightly before moisturizer and in the morning after cleansing. You do need to wait about 7 minutes as the instructions say for it to fully absorb into the skin before makeup or it tends to rub off. I think some would find this annoying but you could just stick to a night regiment, or like I do, I do something else like hair or grabbing breakfast while it sets.
