Heavy & Sticky, Not What I Look For In A Foam

This foam is pretty heavy and sticky. As soon as it's in my hand it melts into basically glue. I have used it as a short cut sometimes when I don't have time to do a full routine with texture spray & hairspray, but it's not what I look for in a foam. This stuff is definitely more glue-like than a typical mousse. I can't imagine why I would use this over a hair glue/paste/pomade.
