WOW! This device, the Iluminage Youth Activator Infrared LED & RF Anti-Aging Device, truly packs a punch and actually feels as though IT IS generating rf heat and infrared light treatment to your face. I have used a couple of these type devices and must say that this one would be my #1 choice. After my first use, I noticed a difference in my skin and feel it gives a high-level, facial treatment. However, as one reviewer indicates, it may not be for everyone due to the heat.

Too strong even at lower setting
I tried it twice at the lower setting with plenty of serum/gel that came with it , and applying it in swift circular motions as the instructions directed. Unfortunately it caused micro burns on my skin and the next day my skin looked like as if I poked it with bunch tiny needles and it had bled. I am glad it works for other folks with no issues, however this gadget is no joke. It can cause more harm than good if you have sensitive skin.

The best skincare tool ever
I absolutely love the Youth Activator Device. I can really tell a difference in the short time using it daily. I have used others with Blue light and they are somewhat OK but the Red light is superior for smoothing wrinkles and brightening my skin.

This is a great device. I was in between this Radiofrequency device and the Tripollar. However, since I bought other devices here in lovelyskin (Microcurrent and microneedeling) I decided to spend less and get the Iluminage which also included infrared light therapy, a super plus to have the two technologies in one device and save time with a shorter skincare routine. I have gotten eight RF therapy sessions at the MedSpa and spent a lot of money on it. I already knew how hot it should feel and how slow or fast I should move it around my skin. I save so much time doing this at home rather than having to go every Saturday to the MedSpa. I notice a beautiful healthy glow on my skin after just the second session because of the Red Light Therapy. Worth the money. Super happy with my purchase.
