Never going back to non-Glycolic
I used to get glycolic peels, so I thought this would be just as pleasant in giving me that pore tightening and squeaky clean feel. I took the suggestion of many of the reviewers who suffer from adult acne, who said they saw improvement by combining the use of the bioglycolic facial cleanser and the bioglycolic face cream. I definitely couldnt agree more. Something about the continuous use of glycolic acid in the face wash and cream relieve me in feeling like Im taken care of that my products are working double-time to keep those pores clean and control my oil slicks. Before using this combo of products, Ive had to oil blot my face multiple times in a day. Im a strong advocate for the cleanser and face cream combination!

Defective pump but great product otherwise
I couldnt open the pump and I ended up throwing it away. I just used a cap from another bottle. After using it for 6 weeks everyday, I definitely noticed softening of the skin and decrease in pore size. This worked better on reducing the size and appearance pores than other pore-specific product I tried from Lovely skin. Its also so gentle that my skin doesnt feel dry. I plan to use it everyday for a long time.

Gentle cleanser that prevents breakout
This is my third bottle of bioglycolic cleanser and ever since I started using it, I have had fewer breakouts. Only downside is you need to wipe it off with a wash cloth, but it's not irritating to skin and has no scent. I use shu uemura cleansing oil to remove make up and use this as a second cleanser.

I have oily, acne prone, sensitive skin. A good cleanser that removes dirt, oil, and makeup (not waterproof). Doesn't dry my skin out nor does it cause breakouts.
