Lip Fusion Plumping Pencil
The Lip Fusion Plumping Pencil in Flush is the only lip pencil that I use. The color is natural and does not feather. It is also a great natural color for to wear alonel on lips with a little gloss. I do not find that it "plumps" but I still like this product.
