Gimmicky
I decided to give the Neck Concentrate a try while it was on sale. I know Obagi is a good product but I found the delivery system for this product to be gimmicky and unnecessary. I’ve been using it for about three weeks and don’t find it to be any better than Revision Nectifirm that I’ve been using since 2015. After a week or so, the whole process of the roller to apply the serum and then to work the serum into the skin became somewhat annoying when I can apply the Nectifirm and work it into my skin in less than half the time for the same (or better) results. I’ll use up this container, but I won’t be buying this again.

Greasy
I love Obagi,and will try any new product if there right for me. I have bought this 2 times and it’s just okay. I do not think it’s worth the price,and if it worked great, I would definitely pay it, but it doesn’t. It is very greasy. It almost looks like you’re sweating. It just sits on the neck, chest and décolletage instead of seeping into the skin,and that’s not a good thing when wanting a product to work effectively.

Not worth price for small size
Had received sample and loved, so decided to try full size despite the price. In addition to having some sharp edge on the roller, I was disappointed in the small amount for the price. Have been using another product that, though expensive, is more reasonable for the amount. I’ll continue using this, and if see any noticeable change, if so may reverse my decision to repurchase.

Annoying Applicator
I don’t quite like the texture which dries up a bit sticky even when one applies it sparingly and it has a perfume like scent which might bother some. I have not seen any dramatic improvement but also it did not cause any adverse effects on my sensitive skin. The applicator is more an annoying gimmick since it does not really evenly apply and you have to use your hands to spread the product anyway.

Not a Lot of Improvement
I bought this product twice. I didn't see much of an improvement, if any, with the first container, and decided to keep trying in case it took longer to make a difference. I didn't see an improvement after the second tube, either. I guess it helps somewhat because my neck didn't get worse. Note that the product feels a little greasy going on.
