Silky skin
I am pretty surprised how much softer my neck and décolleté are after using this for about a month. The lines have smoothed a bit, but to be honest they were pretty wide so it’s going to take more use for more significant change. The product application is sort of silly. I understand the cold roller ball application to help keep the product and skin cooler/more firm. However, the applicator scratches you if it’s not completely flush on your skin. Overall it’s a great product and a little bit goes a long way. I will replenish when needed for sure.

I tried a free sample of this product, thanks to LovelySkin's great idea. Within two days I noticed enough of a difference in loose skin on my neck to convince me to try the full size. My confidence and experience with the Obagi products helped in my decision. The applicator is ingenious and requires just a tiny pressure to help lubricate the roller ball. The liquid is light and not sticky, but does its job of tightening the loose skin and disappearing the wrinkles. The Obagi ELASTIderm is the best product of the many I have tried to improve my 72 year old neck.

Gimmicky
I decided to give the Neck Concentrate a try while it was on sale. I know Obagi is a good product but I found the delivery system for this product to be gimmicky and unnecessary. I’ve been using it for about three weeks and don’t find it to be any better than Revision Nectifirm that I’ve been using since 2015. After a week or so, the whole process of the roller to apply the serum and then to work the serum into the skin became somewhat annoying when I can apply the Nectifirm and work it into my skin in less than half the time for the same (or better) results. I’ll use up this container, but I won’t be buying this again.

I love Obagi,and will try any new product if there right for me. I have bought this 2 times and it’s just okay. I do not think it’s worth the price,and if it worked great, I would definitely pay it, but it doesn’t. It is very greasy. It almost looks like you’re sweating. It just sits on the neck, chest and décolletage instead of seeping into the skin,and that’s not a good thing when wanting a product to work effectively.
