I have been using this product for a couple of years now. It does work to lengthen eyelashes. They are also somewhat thicker and do not fall out as much. As others have said, you do have to be consistent with use. I had to stop using it for a couple of weeks after having cataract surgery but didn't lose too much progress. I was pretty skeptical and a little concerned since I've tried other lash serums that burned my eyes. I was glad to see that you don't put this directly on your eyelid but more on the lashes themselves. Definitely read the directions. Initially, I was a little disappointed because the packaging says something like "immediate results." Well, idk what immediate means to most people, but to me, I assumed that meant 3 days. It does not work in 3 days. However, within two weeks, I started seeing noticeable results. At first, I thought I was imagining it, but now that I'm four weeks in I can really tell a difference. Before, I used to have to be really picky with mascara. My lashes are blonde and thin, and I have to go for super dense/bristle brushes and volume formulas. As of this week, I've re-tried all of the mascaras I put under my counter in the "maybe" or throw away bin and they all look great. I'm also pretty bad at remembering to put the serum on each night. The first couple of weeks I made sure to do it. But the last two I think I might have used it four times a week. Still growing! I notice a definite length change and some thickness too. I can't tell when I have bare lashes because of the color, but with mascara the difference is pretty noticeable.
