High hopes - a little disappointed
I had really high hopes for this one, because it got glowing reviews. I do believe it is a good and potent product, but I don't like the burning sensation (which is normal) when I put it on my face. Also, I tend to break out just a little after using it, because my skin starts to sweat.

Need to use longer
I’ve been using this product every other night for about 3 weeks now. I’ve noticed a lot of my skin is regenerating. Lots of nasty stuff is coming out and it got rough before it started getting smoother slowly. I’m going to give it more time and also I purchased a retinol product to use in conjunction with it on the nights I don’t use this because I read a lot of reviews that mention they use them in combination and saw good results. The first few times it was a little tingly or itchy but nothing you can’t tolerate or get used to with more use. Once I use it longer I’ll come back to review with updates.

SkinCeuticals has amazing products - so it could well be that I just didn’t really need this- or the fact that since I have mature skin - it takes longer to show any results. I am a huge fan of skinceuticals products. My whole skin care regime consists of their products. I have used the glycolic 10 renew overnight cream for a couple of weeks for the enlarged pores on my nose and see no improvement. I intend to give it more time but as I stated, the jury is still out as to whether this is a worthwhile product.

I have not used this for more than a month, but I am comfortable with glycolic acid products. This one is noticeably strong as it tingles when applied, but the formulation is frustrating. It is quite runny, and they put it in a container that is stored with the opening downward so it leaks into cap and hard to get the intended amount. Have not noticed any results yet, but I have found other more moisturizing formulations with glycolic acid. Probably won't be a repeat for me.
