I have really curly dry hair. I also am hypothyroid and have had Covid. These things both can contribute to hair loss. This product has really helped with my thinning hair. I used Viviscal extra strength for years and loved it. I then switched to a different brand in 2020 after a couple of big hair shedding events (menopause, COVID, stress…) I’m not sure it works any better than Viviscal, so I’m switching back for a few reasons. Viviscal is less expensive, it only requires 2 pills/day versus 4 pills/day, and it doesn’t have the high does of biotin, which causes digestive problems for me. Plus, there is no significant evidence that high does of biotin help with hair growth. I’m excited to try the Pro formula!
