Viviscal was recommended to me by my dermatologist, for hair regrowth. I have had thinning hair since I was a teenager, which has gotten progressive worse. I have found that after changing my shampoo/conditioner, and adding Viviscal to my daily vitamins my hair is naturally thicker. I tried to reduce the tablets to 1 a day, after 6 months, but have found that my hair responds better to twice daily, looking fuller.

A good part of a total effort to regain healthy hair
I have curly hair and have been frustrated for a few years now by stylists that take too much hair off when they trim and feeling like my hair never grows. I've been trying to grow it out and I do have a lot of hair shrinkage. My efforts to get my hair to grow have been very focused and I'll admit, I've felt desperate!
