I have been on it for 5 months and see very little difference - no increase in growth BUT I think it may be slowing the loss. It's not making it worse - but I sure wish scientists could find a REAL treatment for genetic androgenic alopecia.

I used this for 4 months and didn't see a noticeable difference. I think the growth that I did see is what would have grown normally during that time anyway. it did not thicken the way I'd hoped. Gave me dizziness
I think these are good because I noticed my hair was shedding less after a few weeks but I also began to develop really bad dizziness (never had this in my life). I stopped taking them and it went away immediately. I am taking them again now but I halved the daily dose they recommend because it keeps the dizziness at bay. I looked into Viviscal and dizziness is apparently a known side effect. I couldn't stand it but by halving the dose I can tolerate it now.
