I used this product consistently on my hands as a nighttime anti-aging treatment before layering a moisturizer on top, and my hands started looking rougher and more wrinkled. I’ve used this product for several weeks with good results. It is not irritating, used properly, it does not dry out my skin. I began using it slowing 1x week, gradually increased use and now can apply 3x a week. This is the only Obagi product I use. My regimen consists of alternating various other brands face wash, daily moisturizer, daily eye cream, a vitamin c serum, and sunscreen.

This Obagi cream is fragrance free but the pump doesn’t work very well so the cream dispenses slowly and leaks out where the pump screws on. I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin either. I won’t purchase again.

Nice consistency
I have been using retinol for maybe 6 months. I started with 0.25 for the first 3 months then slowly graded up to 0.5. I had only used Alastin which I actually really like but I travel a ton and wanted something in a more travel friendly tube. I am really happy with the Obagi. The consistency is creamy and it feels nice on my skin. I have oily skin but have not experienced any additional oiliness. I’m still a relatively new retinol user, but this, so far, is a nice product that seems to be working!
