Fabulous cream which I have used for over 30 years. I use it on my hands, and occasionally on my face and neck. It goes on smoothly and is absorbed immediately. It has no fragrance, I always have a tube with me wherever I go. A few years ago I gave a tune to my 40 year old son.

Skin Medica is a brand I trust. I like varying/sometimes combining the acids I use on my face, as they all work towards renewal in different ways. The consistency of this product is such that you don't need to use very much at a time. Its use results in a very faint tingling, which tells me it is working. I apply to still-damp, freshly cleaned skin a couple of times a week. So far, it seems to be making my face appear brighter. I will order this again.

This AHA/BHA Cream is so creamy and goes on very smoothly. It does have a tingling sensation when you rub it into your skin due to the alpha-hydroxy . Due to the strong sun in Florida I only use this product only at night only. Even with sunscreen during the day it irritated my skin. It helps with skin texture especially around upper lip and forehead. All Skin Medica products are fantastic .

Caused a chemical burn

This is my anecdotal experience, but this caused a terrible burn on the side of my mouth. It was itchy, painful, and once it healed I was left with post inflammatory pigmentation which I am now desperately trying to remove. I do have sensitive skin, but I’ve never experienced a burn before. Use with caution.

It works!

Two years ago I ruined my skin with 30% Vitamin C peels, literally got a face that looked like it was burned on the bottom half. My skin is fair and has leans toward the sensitive side, burns easily in the sun, but I was told Vitamin C peels are safer. No and No. I had affectively disrupted my skin barrier. It took approximtely 1 year to repair, and in the meantime I could also see the dullness in areas of my skin that needed some type of exfoliation. But I was extremely hesitant . I tried this SkinMedica AHA/BHA cream carefully, it did sting a bit, but there was no return to that awful red burned look. This stuff works, my skin looks much brighter and smoother and I'm back to normal, clear skin. I use this a few times a week, I've learned that less is more when it comes to these types of skin care products.
