How do I buy a LovelySkin Gift Card?

Customers can purchase Gift Cards online at LovelySkin.com, at the LovelySkin Retail Store and by phone through one of our Customer Care representatives at 402-697-1100.

Where can I use my LovelySkin Gift Card?

Physical gift cards can be used at LovelySkin's Retail Store, Spa or at LovelySkin.com. eGift cards can be used at LovelySkin.com.

What Gift Card values are available for purchase?

LovelySkin.com gift cards are available for purchase in increments of $25, $50, $75, $100, $125, $150, $175, $200. LovelySkin Retail Store gift cards are available at any amount between $5 and $500. Gift cards are available in USD only.

Can I return Gift Cards?

LovelySkin Gift Cards are considered final sale and non-returnable.

Can I use my LovelySkin rewards points to purchase a Gift Card?

No, LovelySkin Rewards Certificates are issued in accordance to the LovelySkin Rewards Program. Rewards Certificates are not Gift Cards and may not be redeemed to purchase Gift Cards.

Do LovelySkin Gift Cards expire?

No, unlike LovelySkin Rewards Certificates, LovelySkin Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?

LovelySkin members can view the balance of a Gift Card associated with their account by logging in to their account. From there, navigate to the “Gift Cards” section. Here, you may enter your Card Number and PIN to check the balance. You may also check the balance of a Gift Card applied to your account in the “Gift Cards” section of your account.

If the Gift Card is not attached to an account, visit www.lovelyskin.com/gift-cards. Enter the Card Number and PIN to check the balance.

Can I reload the funds on my Gift Card?

No, LovelySkin Gift Card funds cannot be reloaded.

Do I have to pay for shipping when purchasing a physical Gift Card?

Standard Shipping is free on all orders, including those for physical Gift Cards. For international orders, all Gift Card values are presented in US Dollars, and the cost of shipping is based on your location as well as the specific contents of your package and the lowest cost. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process prior to shipping.

How long should I keep a depleted Gift Card after making an online purchase?

We recommend retaining your Gift Card until your package has arrived and you have ensured everything is included. Once you have received your order and checked it over, you may discard your Gift Card.


eGift Cards

How do I purchase an eGift Card?

LovelySkin eGift Cards may be purchased through LovelySkin.com by visiting https://www.lovelyskin.com/gift-cards. eGift Cards cannot be purchased using another Gift Card or a LovelySkin Rewards Certificate.

When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?

If you wish to send the eGift Card to the recipient on the date of purchase, it will send within a matter of hours from the time of placing the order or earlier. If you choose to send the eGift Card at a later date, it will be sent on the specified date at 12PM EST.

When is my credit card charged for an eGift Card purchase?

Your chosen form of payment is charged at checkout once the order is processed, regardless of the send date selected.

How will I know when the recipient receives their eGift Card?

Once the eGift Card is sent, you will receive a confirmation email. An additional email will be sent notifying you when the recipient has viewed the eGift Card.

What happens if I lost my eGift Card email?

If you are unable to locate your eGift Card email, please contact our Customer Care.

How do I apply my eGift Card to my LovelySkin account?

Log in to your LovelySkin account or create a new account. Navigate to the “Gift Cards” section of your account. Once there, enter the Card Number and PIN on the eGift Card. After entering this information, select “Apply to Account.” The eGift Card will then be available as a payment option when you proceed to checkout.

Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I’ve paid for it?

No, once an eGift Card has been purchased, its value cannot be altered except through full or partial redemption toward the purchase of goods and services.

Can I cancel an eGift Card after I’ve purchased it?

If the send date is today or has already passed, an eGift Card cannot be cancelled or modified. If you selected a future send date, please contact our Customer Care Team. If contacted after normal Customer Care hours, please allow up to 48 hours, excluding holidays, for Customer Care to respond to your request.

What does the recipient receive when I send them an eGift Card?

The recipient of your eGift Card receives an email containing an image of the customized eGift Card with a message indicating the sender. This email will also include a link to the eGift Card, allowing them to attach it to their LovelySkin account or print it out for use in-store.

Can someone else use my eGift Card?

If your eGift Card has yet to be attached to your LovelySkin account, you may allow someone else to use it. If the eGift Card is already attached to your account and you wish to let someone else use it, please contact Customer Care.

Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?

Yes, simply enter your own information in the recipient email and name fields.

Can I print an eGift Card and gift it to someone?

Yes, enter your own information in the recipient email and name fields. Once you receive the email containing your eGift Card, you will have the option to print it and gift it to whomever you wish.
