When you submit a review to LovelySkin, you’re not only helping your fellow shoppers find the best products, you’re also helping yourself receive rewards points!

With every accepted review you submit, you’ll receive 50 rewards points that you can use on future purchases at LovelySkin.

How to Review a Product

1. Sign in to your LovelySkin account.
2. Navigate to the product you would like to review.
3. On the bottom of the product page, click the blue button that says "Write a review."
4. Select if you would like to review the product as yourself or as a guest.
5. Rate the product using our five-star rating scale. The more stars, the more you liked the product.
6. Tell us more about your rating in the field provided.
7. When you are finished, click "Post review."

Tips to Writing a Review

To write the best review possible, use the following tips and tricks:

• Give your review a fun title. Catch our attention.
• Explain how the product helped or how it didn’t help. For example, did it clear your breakouts? Did it lighten your dark spots?
• Tell us what you liked or didn’t like about the product specifically. Did you like the texture? The scent? The feel?
• Be descriptive. We are happy that you loved your product, but we want to know why you loved it.
• Be personal and sincere. We welcome your honest opinion.
• Don’t make your review too short or too long.

All product reviews are subject to moderator approval. Reviews may be edited for spelling and grammar.

LovelySkin reserves the right to deny any reviews and remove material that includes any of the following:

• Objectionable material, such as obscenities, profanity or promotion of illegal or immoral conduct
• Promotional material, such as advertisements, repeated postings, solicitation or reviews written for compensation
• Inappropriate content, such as personal information, videos, hyperlinks, or foreign language content
• Off-topic information, such as product availability, shipping information, company feedback or products and packaging damaged in transit (e.g., “the pump was broken”, “the box was slightly damaged”, etc.)
• Feedback based solely on trial-sized samples, unless requested—reviews on full-sized gifts always welcome
• Opinions on products you have purchased but not used for enough time to see benefits
• Named mentions of brands other than the brand of the product being reviewed
• Inaccurate or misleading information about the product

When will I receive my rewards points?

On approval of your review your rewards points will be awarded to your account.

If my review wasn’t accepted, will I still receive my rewards points?

No, if your review did not meet our review standards, no rewards points will be awarded to your account.

How many reviews can I submit?

You can submit as many reviews as you would like. However, please be honest and only review products you have used. All reviews are subject to moderator approval.

When will I see my review on the website?

Your review will be on the website approximately 24 – 48 hours after it has been approved by a moderator.

Can I still review the product if I didn’t buy it from you?

No, you cannot review a product if you didn’t purchase it from us. We encourage you to purchase from LovelySkin to ensure that your products are authentic.

How do I know if my review was approved?

In your account dashboard, you will see a link for reviews on the left side of your screen. You will be notified here when your review has been approved.
