My skin reacted to this product

I ordered this thinking that it sounded perfect for my needs: a sunscreen for daily use before my walks that moisturized. I used it on my lower arms to the edge of a short sleeved T-shirt and on my neck and a v shaped area below my neck and a different, older product on my legs. I developed a bumpy itchy rash precisely where I used the Ella MD and nowhere else. I stopped using it as soon as I noticed the rash, and it took about a week to slowly subside. I would have returned it, as it is not inexpensive, but as I had already discarded the box it was mailed in it was not worth the bother. I will also note that the lotion did not seem particular moisturizing. Very disappointing.
