This is a product I can’t go without. I use it twice daily as part of my routine to prep my skin before applying other products. Sometimes I use it in the middle of the day to feel refreshed and I love the cooling effect on a hot day. Does not irritate my extremely sensitive skin.

This is extremely cooling and can definitely work to calm inflammation of a breakout and also make it feel a bit better with the cooling sensation it gives. I don’t recommend using it on skin that is extremely dry or raw from other harsh products. On a healthy skin barrier, this works wonders and goes well with the face wash to help alleviate some acne. I like to pair this with a nice moisturizer when I am not doing a full long routine for my skin.
