I've been using this calming cream for a month after I had an eczema issue on my face and neck after using a formula of Vitamin C that was too strong. This cream is fine. It hasn't irritated my skin further, but it hasn't been super helpful either, given the price point. I have noticed that it stings just a tiny bit sometimes when I put it on sensitive areas, which is why I'm only giving it four stars. I might buy it again if I have other skin flare-ups after it runs out, but I'm also still looking for that perfect moisturizer for irritated skin.

The instructions say to massage this into clean skin and follow with a moisturizer. The serum alone is NOT soothing or moisturizing at all. It sinks into my skin nicely, but feels like any number of serums in my arsenal. So, is it activated by whatever moisturizer I use? I'm not sure. I bought this to use during cold, dry winter months in the upper midwest as it is advertised to sooth dry, parched skin. But, if I have to top it with a moisturizer, isn't the moisturizer doing the work? I just don't know. I'm not a chemist. So far, it hasn't done any more than my other serums. That being said, my skin isn't any drier or irritated in any way from it.

A little goes a long way. When applying you absolutely have to make sure you splashed some water on your face (damp not soaked wet) and add small amount to face. I add a small dot to cheeks, chin, nose & forehead. Then start massaging it until it changes to a white color. Once I massage it off my skin, the result is incredible! My skin feels so renewed, So soft and my makeup applies flawless!! This really gives you the facial feeling with half of the cost. I know it’s a big pricy but it’s worth it! I also have noticed what a difference this mask/exfoliating has helped my skin and it just leaves it so fresh, so soft and smooth. I enjoy using this product and I have seen a positive difference in my skin. You must be consistent when issuing this product and I gladly will continue my use.
