I’ve been using this cleanser for 9 months twice a day and it’s perfect for everyday use. I literally don’t use any other cleanser. It’s kind of “boring” because it’s unscented. One pump lathers nicely but I do use a washcloth and at least 30 or more seconds of circular motion, otherwise it doesn’t lather. It removes my tubing mascara, brow gel and cream-based concealer well. It leaves my skin clean but NEVER dry. I rarely break out, and it feels calm on my skin after laser/light treatments or a face peel. I use Tretinoin, and lots of acids (Mandelic, Vitamin C, glycolic, enzyme peels) throughout the week, so I need my cleanser to be calming. If you routinely use a lot of acidic, abrasive or exfoliating products, this is the cleanser for you! I’m 36 and have light skin that freckles, then burns/tans.

I've been using this for the last 2 months, and I haven't seen a change in the lines in my neck. I like formula/consistency,hence the 1 star. I apply this sparingly because it tends to irritate my neck. I'll finish using it, but will try to find a much cheaper and hopefully effective alternative.
