This cream has a nice smell and feels luxurious. I've been using it at bedtime and putting white cotton gloves on my hands to increase the moisturizing effect (dry air from a cold winter in the north country). I wish I could say just a pea-size does the job but I've been administering about a quarter-size, which will result in the tube not lasting as long as I'd like for the price. I think it has strengthened my fingernails but I will probably look for a less expensive replacement.
