The Foreo Espado 2 Plus is designed to give blue light therapy to your problem (zit) areas. Blue light therapy is designed to kill bacteria. With this said, I decided to try this device in hopes of using less drying skincare products to kill a zit. It is easy to use and charge. Once you turn it on, it will give you blue light treatment for 3 minutes. I’m not exactly sure if your supposed to hold it on one zit for 3 minutes for it to work, or if you can hold it on for 30 seconds to a minute per zit and treat multiple zits within that 3 minute time frame. It probably helped a little, but had to do several treatments (morning & night) before I noticed anything. Overall, it is probably worth giving it a try if you have the patience & time to use it. I only gave 3 stars because I still have to spot treat the pimple with a skincare product after using the device.
