I'm not a huge fan of moisturizers to the point I had switched to water based moisturizers. I had been using the PTR peptide serum and decided to go out on a limb and purchase this moisturizer to go with it. It's a great mix of water based, and hydrating. It's not oily in my opinion and feels so good on the skin.
