When I first got the SkinMedica HA5 Hydra Collagen moisturizer I was surprised because I expected my skin to feel like I had applied a heavy moisturizer. My moisturized skin felt drier than expected. My skin looked great! The name of the product (HA 5 Water Burst) could cause others to expect a heavier moisturizer. I am a person with dry skin, and for the days I wear makeup, this product is the perfect choice.

This cream comes in a nice glass container with a metal spatula, but it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do. The texture is very nice and glides easily on the skin with no fragrance but unfortunately dries out fast and made my skin very dry. It also broke me out and I am not acne prone. I think this cream might be good for oily skin only.
