All international orders must be placed through the site. All prices listed on the site are presented in US Dollars.
When placing an international order, please investigate your country’s policy on the importing of skin care products and cosmetics. Many nations strictly regulate these transactions and could refuse to deliver your package. At this time, we cannot ship to Kenya, Mexico, Spain, Nigeria, Uganda, Vietnam or Zambia. Other countries may be excluded.
The following brands are not eligible for international shipping due to manufacturer restrictions: Allerderm, Cellex-C, Clarisonic, Dermalogica, EltaMD, Elure, Exuviance, Free & Clear, Guinot, IS Clinical, Jan Marini, jane iredale (some countries), Kerstin Florian, RapidLash, SkinMedica, TIGI Hair Reborn, La Roche-Posay, NeoStrata, NuFace, Obagi, PCA Skin, PFB Vanish, PHYTOMER, PMD, SkinCeuticals, Sothys, Vanicream, Vie and Vichy. Epionce is eligible to ship in the United States and Canada only. Other brands or specific products may be excluded from international shipping.
Orders containing regulated materials for domestic transport (class ORM-D), including aerosols, perfumes, certain drugs and products with high alcohol content are also not eligible for international shipping.
If you purchase a product that is currently on backorder, your order will not be shipped until the backordered item is in stock. If you wish to modify your order, please contact our customer care team
Your order will be shipped via UPS iParcel or DHL. The shipper is selected during checkouts and is based on the lowest cost available, what item(s) are being purchased, and which countries offer trackable shipments.
Our system will determine which shipper will deliver your package based on your location, the contents of your package and the lowest cost. Once an international order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process prior to shipping.
All international orders typically arrive within 14-21 business days. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. The delivery address must be a physical address.
When UPS iParcel is selected, your order will be shipped with a landed cost (The total shown for shipping includes the cost of shipping as well as duties and taxes.)
Orders that cannot be shipped via iParcel may ship via DHL. The cost of shipping will be displayed at checkout and will not include taxes and duties. Any taxes or duties due will be collected at the time of delivery by DHL. LovelySkin.com is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package. Please research these fees and taxes prior to placing your order as they can be quite costly. Please note that if an international package is refused or undeliverable for any reason, it will be abandoned at customs and there will be no reimbursement for the product or the shipping fee. If for some reason your package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, refused or other, you will be charged a $50 fee. If you ship your order to a freight forwarding company, LovelySkin.com cannot be held liable for any transaction with a forwarding company. Since packages shipped to freight forwarders are often opened and the contents are redistributed, we cannot be responsible for the integrity of that package or the receipt of all contents. Once delivery is confirmed by UPS or USPS, LovelySkin.com is no longer liable for the package. Please be that items purchased from LovelySkin.com are only warranted within the United States.
Unless otherwise noted, any and all electrical device warranties are void if the device is used outside of the United States. We cannot be responsible for issues related to international voltage use.
