This was the number one pick of Cosmopolitans review of best eye creams for puffiness. So I splurged. So many products and so many“expert” reviews out there it will make your head spin trying to choose. This was just okay for me. It does settle into my fine lines accentuating them and causes some irritation so I can not use it too often but on the other hand it does moisturize and “brightens” the eye area. Not a miracle product but am curious about its long term potential and will continue to use.
