Recently in Santa Fe, NM over Christmas. Walked by a skincare store and pretty girl caught me and told me she would rid me of baggy eyes. Let her swipe under my eyes and it quickly reduced the bags under eyes. Wife loved it. But then the price for a 2 rear supply was $399 and a one year $275. Said to use it once a week. High pressure sales. Said she would now sell me a 2 year for $$275. Something felt off. Later in the day washed my face and bags reappeared right away. So the sales lady made it sound like a cure when it was a temporary remedy. That got me thinking. Why not look online for the same thing. After looking a many many products I stumbled on this one. Was honest product presentation. Said it was a temporary solution. No long term hype. Ordered it for $28 to give it a try. Does the same exact thing as the scam product!!!!! Love this product. Makes me look so much better not having sagging bags under my eyes. I have learned how much to use, very little spread with a QTio. I have genetic undereye bags that aren't going anywhere without surgery, but I keep trying every serum and cream I can find! I saw so many people on social media having great success with this, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I feel like there are a lot of rules to get this to work: your face has to be completely dry and free of other products, which is tricky for my skincare routine, and you can't use anything over it like concealer or moisturizer. Don't put on too much or it'll create white, pilling lines, but don't put on too little or it won't work. So, I planned to use it when I wanted to look a little more fancy as opposed to on a daily basis. I think it works some, but I could feel it working - my skin felt tight and a little tingly... not quite a burning sensation, but something I definitely noticed and didn't love. Maybe my skin is a little reactive or I'm not the target market? Definitely seems like I'm in the minority on this one!

This is the second tube of Firm X Eye I've purchased. It is a thick translucent serum/cream texture, and works to reduce puff from sinus issues like no other product I have every tried. But...you have to be careful on application that you do not use too much, as it will dry white and crusty. To eliminate this, I apply over my eye cream. The de-puff effects last until it is washed off. Permanent de-puff would be nice, but can't expect miracles. Does not irritate my sensitive skin. Recommend and will continue to purchase.

Best temporary eye tightener discovered and used so far. Does what its suppose to do if you apply it correctly. Eye bags are gone for an entire day if you keep it dry. A pea size amount is really what you need and the entire tube lasts a very long time. I use a foundation brush to swipe across and pat it in, this way keeps the white cast out at the corners. A must have if you want to rid your bags temporarily.

I should have known better since the reviews were too good to be true for a product that promises to temporarily tighten skin. The instructions are to apply a fine film under the eye and if there’s any white residue, it’s because too much product has been applied. I tried 4-5 times and I was unable to apply product without white residue and see any tightening. It was a waste of money.

Definitely works and it feels so neat when it depuffs. I wish it didn't have to be rinsed off, though -- That step makes my routine feel clunky and adds so much additional time to it. I do think this is worth it -- But maybe buy the huge tube that's for the face. I read that it's the exact same product, you just get WAY more for your moola. I'll buy that one next!

Skeptical as I am, having tried Many products that claim to reduce bags, yet fall short, I plunked down the $$ and tried again. What a surprise! It actually worked to almost eliminate my undereye bags caused mainly by sinus/allergy issues. However, you need to follow the directions to a T. Skin must be completed dry and free of any oil residue from other products, including soaps. Use the teeniest amount, otherwise you may end up with white residue on your skin. Not fragranced. Non-irritating, and I have sensitive skin. After it dries, it looks completely natural, and it can be washed off easily with a mild cleanser and water. After it washes off, the tightening effect is gone. Does nothing for undereye circles. However, for me, this is a keeper. Will repurchase. I gave it only 4 stars due to the fact that it's kind of tricky to apply correctly.
