Nice eyeshadow

I've always loved bareMinerals and this is a nice palette of eye shadow for everyday wear. I'd give it 5 stars, but I still reach for other eye shadows to blend with this palette. There is a mix of matte and shimmery and I use this often and I like the handy packaging. It won't break like many of my eye shadows with plastic packaging do.

Not an improvement…

I previously had used this wonderful brand and thought I would give this a try although reviews were mixed. It was on sale and actually isn’t worth even the sale price. I was also disappointed in the formula as it takes several passes to show any color on the lid. The colors are a bit “muddy”. The cardboard packaging is a bit cheap and tends to get dirty looking even if you pull the colors pan out to use. I miss the old bareMinerals….

I don’t really believe in this brand, for several reasons, but the colors did caught my attention: I’ve always loved matte, sandy colors! When I started using the palette I realized the colors are a bit too late, but as a Fitness Trainer I always wear light, natural makeup so I’m good! Besides, the palette looks like a small notebook & fits easily in a small bag, purse or waist bag ;)

The color go on very smooth. Pigments are lovely. As a mature woman, late 50's I keep clear of frosts and shimmers. Those are so subtle and do not enhance the laugh lines around my eyes. They may appear dark in the pallette yet spread evening with subtle color. Not for everyone. Great for me!
