Too Creamy for Me

I accidentally ordered this LRP cleanser instead of their Lipikar AP+ Moisturizing Body & Face Wash. This cleanser is more like a cleansing cream or lotion. It does not foam, so I feel like it doesn't get my skin as clean. I noticed that it takes 2 washes with this cleanser to remove all of my eye makeup, while the Lipikar AP+ wash takes only one use to remove all my makeup. It might be great for really dry skin, but just not for me.

I miss some suds

This cleanser takes getting used to because it doesn't lather. It gets rubbed around on the face and then rinsed off. I find myself reaching for my old La Roche-Posay cleanser instead. My skin is a combination of dry and normal, but this leaves it feeling oily the next morning. I will not purchase it again, even though I enjoy LaRoche-Posay products in general.

Daily Hydrating Cleanser

This is my holy grail cleanser, very hydrating and works great as a single or double cleanse. I use with another LRP product and have found they perform very well together. Oil cleanse first then I go in with this. Definitely a staple in my home, especially living in the desert.

I use La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Cleanser primarily for my face. I have dry sensitive skin and it does hydrate and brings my skin back to life. I think it helps with fine wrinkles and leaves my face with a little glow and I love how it feels afterward. I apply a little on a cotton circle pad with warm water and I am good to go. I also appreciate that you can buy a refill for the pump dispenser and keep those pumps out of the landfill.
