This is the best eye cream I have ever used. It has made a real difference in my under eye puffiness. Fine lines have diminished as well. It is very emollient but not greasy. A little goes a long way. I can usually get 3 months of twice daily application out of one container of the product. I would recommend this product.

I first tried this eye cream because I saw it in In-Styles "Best Beauty Guide." I loved it right away. I have used it for a few years now. Neocutis Lumiere keeps the area under my eye moisturized with out being too heavy. I feel it has also brightened my eye area. The best part is it does not irritate my contacts. Great Product But Poor Packaging
This is one of the best eye care products on the market. I have used it for over two years and am happy with the results. However, the new bottle is not air travel friendly as it is larger than it needs to be for storing in a quart-sized plastic bag. In addition, the cap breaks easily and doesnt seal to the bottle after four weeks of use. I wish Neocutis had considered their traveling customers before they recently redesigned this bottle.
