I have been using this AM & PM. Truly moisturizes without feeling sticky so it is nice under make-up and at night with my Retin A. Not sure if its ok to mix those by my skin is looking glowy and it's not dry and peely from the Retin A!

I love this cream!! I am 73 and have used this for years. I recently had a very big laser on my face. I used this for my post care and it worked great. I feel like if I want the TNS substrate, there are better products and the moisturizer was sort of meh. Used on my hands to use up. Highly recommend using your favorite moisturizer over one of the other mentioned TNS serums over using this moisturizer.
