Gly 2-2 Cleanser

Used this product years ago when I worked for a term office that sold it. Came back to it as I am now having breakouts and clogged pores. Has helped so much with both since I started using it. Just purchased the higher percentage because I am looking for more results. Would recommend starting here to "build" tolerance to the glycolic acid.

Thank You for the opportunity to give my thoughts on this cleanser. I purchased it with hopes that it would help my preteen with some superficial acne. While it has helped to keep the oil at bay, it has also helped somewhat with her acne. Is it gone, unfortunately it's not. It has helped a little though. She is soon to be 13 and has the typical breakouts, along with oily skin. This product does a good job with the excess oil and keeping her face clean. I use it once a week for a deep cleaning for myself. It's a little drying for me but it exfoliates well.

A Forever Favorite!

I have been using this face wash for years and can’t ever see myself switching! In the past I would break out on occasion but this wash definitely has helped. I rarely ever break out and I think this wash (along with the acid pads they sell) is key! I have combination skin - starts off normal and turns oily throughout the day but this definitely helps minimize oil. It can dry out your skin but if you follow with a moisturizer you will be perfectly fine!

Exfoliating, but may be a little irritating

I use this in the morning for exfoliation purpose since I need to use salicylic acid to stabilize my acne-prone skin. However, I found the sulfonate surfactant to be a little too irritating. Also the ingredient list seems to be in a weird order.

I love this cleanser! I've used the 10/2 and 5/2, and this is by far my favorite. The texture is thicker which is good, and it deep cleans without making my skin feel tight. I hope the packaging lasts longer. The caps have broken off before. I will continue to purchase this product.

This is a great facial wash, and I have been using it for years now. I just recently found it on LovelySkin, and it saves me lots to purchase it from them. This wash is perfect for sensitive skin because it isn't to strong. If you go up to 5-2 it gets a little stronger. I use it every night, and it works really well for me.

Wish it was free of fragrance

Really likes the way this cleanser works however it is way too thin. Too much comes out at once. I have to store the bottle upside down because it was leaking out of the top. I tried the Replenix Acne Solutions Gly Sal 10-2 and it has a much better consistency.
