Plays nicely with makeup!
This sunscreen is not cheap, but if you love having sun protection and find a lot of sunscreens interfere with your primer and foundation this sunscreen is for you! I love makeup! I am 50 with combo skin and mild rosacea. Protection is my top priority but I don’t like to sacrifice looking my best and that means makeup!! I got no white cast — this product readily absorbs. And I get zero pilling when I add primer — and I’ve used this with multiple types of primers and setting sprays. If you are not combo or oily you could probably use this as your primer because it has a nice dry-down leaving you with a soft skin finish. It’s expensive but works!! Highly recommend.

Great Everyday Sunscreen
I have used the tinted version for the past couple of years. As someone with an olive complexion I find the tinted doesn’t always blend the best so I decided to try this version. It absorbs very nicely with no residue and has a very mild scent. I will definitely purchase again.

My go-to for years!
This is the best sunscreen I've ever found, and I've tried a bunch. I've used it exclusively now for several years. My husband uses it, too, on his rosacea and acne prone skin. It doesn't clog your pores or turn you chalky white, nor does it rub off on clothes. It does, however, provides amazing protection from the sun, and it keeps my skin feeling great--not dry, not greasy, just normal.

My favorite sunscreen around
I've used EltaMD for years and it's still the best I've found. The texture is great and the protection good. On days where I don't feel like wearing makeup its the perfect subtle punch of color to brighten up the face! I've struggled with chronic acne and this is the only sunscreen I've found that doesn't make me breakout. I use a separate niacinamide at night but having this simplifies the steps in the morning.

I've tried many tinted SPF...the absolute best
My main skin concern is melasma and I've been using this tinted SPF for 3-4 years. I recommend this sunscreen for folks with melasma because of the SPF protection (obviously) but also the Niacinamide and Vitamin E--and I think there is Licorice as well?? I have olive undertones and tan easily, and the tint blends well with my skin. I'm often told that my skin looks dewy and has a glow which is nice to hear. Tip to avoid pilling: If you are layering products, make sure that each product has a few minutes to set before applying sunscreen. The only makeup I wear is blush (powder), so I'm not sure how the sunscreen works with concealer, foundation, etc. Adding blush on top works fine for me.
