Excellent conditioner as well
My hair stylist suggested using a stronger conditioner and recommended this moisture mask. I use it often as a conditioner. Sometimes, I apply it to towel dried hair and leave it on. I find No. 8 to be very moisturizing.

Daily hair routine
Once a week, I do a deep condition and leave this on for 20 minute before rinsing. Most of the time, I use it contrary to directions. Once I towel dry my hair, I mix a dime size in with a hair with HA for moisture to make a good leave-in conditioner.

decent mask!
My hairdresser recommended this mask to me. I didn’t notice much of a difference in my hair’s strength after using it but it definitely added some moisture! Not a holy grail product to me or anything but overall I am a fan

I have only used this mask a few times but my hair feels very soft afterwards. I plan to take this on a vacation in hawaii to help keep my hair hydrated since I’ll be in the sun/ocean so much. I recommend giving it a try.
