One of my all time favorites!
I love this product! It leaves my skin so soft and feels hydrating without being heavy. It has a very subtle fragrance that I love, and it feels like silk going on, which makes it really a pleasure to use. From time to time I try other similar products, but I always come back to the Dermal Repair Cream. I use it with SkinMedica's Lumavive system, and couldn't be happier with the results. I'm in my 60's and live in a dry climate, so my skin care products have to work for me.

Miracle worker, expensive but so worth it!!!
I have been using a different lotion from SkinMedica, but I have noticed such a difference in my skin tone and smoothness with this SkinMedica dermal lotion. I know it seems expensive but wow it has worked miracles!!!

Great for day and night
I bought this cream while the was trying to find something to help balance my skin. With wearing face masks all day being in the medical industry I was in desperate need for help. This cream absorbs instantly without a “greasy” feeling and I feel moisturize all day. I was surprised that it did not feel “heavy” on my skin. Deeply moisturizing and reinforcing of the dermal barrier, I had prp and a very deep peel and this cream made my skin very hydrated and supple, this is far better than the triple lipid repair that I was addicted to for 10 years, the results are very dewey, hydrated skin with no irritation at all, product has no scent or oils. Trip Lip has Lavender which is oxymoronic when using strong actives.

Deep, non-greasy moisture.
I love the smell and texture of this cream. In my solid mid-thirties now, I am so happy I can use richer creams that remind me of the chic and adult nightly rituals of my aunt when I was little. I stayed away from this because of dimethicone which sends blackheads on my nose on overdrive and has an awful dry slippery plastic texture I find deeply unpleasant. This cream is the opposite. It sinks in, it is deeply moisturizing, it mattifies my nose and makes a difference in my blackheads. I do not use it daily - with covid and mostly living in a temperate controlled environment with little variation, I haven't had a need to. So it's lasted me a while, but I love using a generous amount on face and neck when I do. I'm almost done with my first jar and I know this will become a staple in my routine.

This was a very pleasant surprise. It’s much lighter in texture than I expected. I haven’t tried this under makeup but I believe it would work fine on my skin in the colder months when I suffer from some dryness. I’ve been using the skin medica dermal repair cream for about 4 months now, and I don’t think I’ve ever used a cream that feels and makes my skin as smooth as this one.
