This product was referred to me by a plastic surgeon after a Mohs surgery on the side of my face. I am customarily very skeptical of the creams / lotions but was convinced to try the product. A Must Have!
If I could rate this product higher than a 5, I would. Although expensive, this product improves your skin in so many ways and is less expensive than office procedures that would give very similar results. I have smoother skin with much less noticeable wrinkles since beginning the use of this serum. I'm 67, and constantly get compliment on my skin. This is probably the one product that I would not consider changing. Love it!

I use this once a day in the morning as soon as I come out of the shower and before makeup. I have been using this for at least 5 years. I am 53 and everyone thinks I am no older than 45. Keeps my skin in great all around condition. Whenever I slump on my skin routine and stop using this for a bit, my face tells me, and I jump right back on the good skin care train. I keep re-purchasing this product because it works so well. I have mature skin and had a noticeable difference in my skin with in the first week. By the first month, I could see the difference in the lines in my face had considerably diminished. Price is worth it
I've strayed from the SkinMedica line a few times due to price, but then soon notice a decline in skin appearance. Now, I only use this TNS Essential Serum, along with the Lyterra 2.0 and HA5 after cleansing/toning. Morning and night, without fail. I'm 47 and can pass as 35 as long as I'm using this blend. If I fall off the wagon, my wrinkles and skin appearance are fairly bad.
