Can''t stop, won''t stop
Just turned 38 & have been using Essential (in AM) w Recovery complex (PM) for only a few months. Several of my MUCH younger cousins just told me I looked so good I could pass for 20 something again!! Truly credit both of these serums, which I started when my derm said she can't live without. I feel more confident ab my skin/ appearance than I have in yrs. Well worth the investment if skincare is important to you!

I started using all the Skin Medica products over 4 years . My favorite has always been the Essential Serum. It is worth the money . The results have been amazing for my skin and I can see the difference when I go for a week without using the product. I am 57 and stay out of the sun. Excellent pedigree
I was so impressed with the ingredient list that I had to try it. My personal deal breakers are excessive silicones (acne) and fragrance, especially in the form of citrus type extracts (sensitizing). This serum does not aggravate either of those concerns. I do need a moisturizer over it, as I have mature skin (52). So, it passes the first hurdle which is tolerance. Next, time will tell if it passes the next hurdle-efficacy. I purchased another bottle while on sale, and feel this should be a long enough trial to objectively decide.

Can't Live Without It
This product has been a great addition to my skin care regimen. It helps my face appear bright, clear, less dull and youthful. It's been great for repair and skin cell turnover which is more difficult for me in my thirties. I also get a lot of moisture in one step with this product instead of having to add an additional serum. I can see a difference in my skin after a couple days if I stop using this product so I don't like to run out!
