I was extremely hesitant to purchase this product but my dermatologist convinced me after I did a laser treatment. I actually believe this product has more to do with my new and improved skin then the actual laser treatment. I will never go with out this product, Im addicted to it. This product does everything it claims to and more. It is worth every penny... I am grateful to LovelySkin for their exceptional prices and when they have a sale I stock up!

Wow! I have been trying many different serum. This TNS serum is so expensive that I had been waiting to use it for long time but the price tag caused me to wait. Till I try it, now I am hooked. Love SkinMedica TNS Serum
I have very sensitive skin and unable to do peels and Retin A, so this is the best option for me in my opinion. I get lots of compliments on my complexion and are fort told I looks years younger than my age. I have been using this product for about 6 months and like it a lot. I use TNS Essential Serum daily, along with other TNS products (Illuminating Eye Cream and Ultimate Daily Moisturizer with SPF 20), and the results are noticeable. Post Laser Serum
I recently had a Co2 DOT Laser treatment on face and neck. This serum was suggested as a recovery serum that speeds healing, says the dermatologist. I have seen this in other dermatologist offices as well at a " gold standard" they say. So I thought this would be a good time to try it. I have only been using it for a week or so, it is difficult to say if it wil be worth the expense. It does feel good, smells good, does not cause any problems etc. I do believe it will be worth it because I trust my two dermatologists. Lets hope

I started to use this product when it first came out years ago and stopped because it was I thought hard on my skin once I spoke to My Doctor in the last year and used a good moisturizer with it I wish I wouldnt of stopped years ago , My Skin looks balanced no redness and with the Lytera Product my skin has a wonderful glow tightened and have lightened all the brown spots away I found great results in 9 months.

Ridiculously expensive and ridiculously effective
The other reviews are correct about TNS being so very excellent. Im 65 and use injections, facials and the best daily routine I can afford. TNS was recommended by my plastic surgeon and now that Ive used it for 6 months, I can see the very real difference in my skin. When I stop using it, my skin looks and feels dull and pasty within a couple of days. Ill find the money for this one. Im sold on it!
