Best for nonexistent brows!
Having virtually no eyebrows left after years of over plucking, I have tried every product for n the market from drugstore brands to most expensive, and this is only one that I can honestly say completely satisfies me. I apply a couple coat of medium and the apply powder. The only thing that could make it better is if it grew back the brows!
