I purchased this cream after trying a sample. I find it to be thick enough that I don’t have to use a serum underneath it. If I did, I believe it would be too thick and sticky for me. It might be best as a night cream. It goes on white, but gradually sinks into the skin. It accepts makeup on top without pilling. Overall, it is a very nice cream moisturizer.

I love this moisturizer and I feel it is a really good addition to my skin care routine. I have mature skin and it makes my face moist and radiant. The fact that it contains Vitamin C and SPF is amazing and convenient. I have been using StriVectin products for close to two decades now and at a recent college reunion, it was noted that I did not look my age. I will continue using it.

The experience of this outweighs the actual results for me. The purple tint, refreshing smell, and fun gel texture made this product enjoyable to use but I did not feel like my skin was nourished and healthy looking like I have experienced with other similarly priced creams. It also tended to pill which is unpleasant, even for a night cream.
