More grease than texture

I have very fine, silky, straight hair and am always looking for ways to get some more volume and grit in there to be able to style properly. Decided to give this a try because I loved the shampoo and conditioner from the same line, but definitely would not recommend to someone with my type of hair. This spray goes on sort of sticky, doesn't seem to really add any texture to hair once you either dry (if spraying on wet/damp) or brush (spraying on dry hair) it a bit, and worst of all I find my hair looks greasy/dirty much faster when using this. Even when I only spray from mid-shaft to ends, I start to notice my hair looking greasy by the end of the first day, whereas I can normally go 2-3 days without washing (with the help of some dry shampoo). One redeeming quality is that this smells nice.
