I can no longer use eyeliner pencils. They lift on to my upper lid, and I look like a raccoon. It was suggested that I try this ink eyeliner. It is the best!! It is easy to use with it's thin liner applicator. I use it on my upper lids and on my lower. It stays on till I take it off. I use makeup remover to take it off. I will now use no other liner.
