I've used lip balms regularly for years, but nothing really helped until I tried By Terry Baume de Rose. I use the little pot at night, covering my lips with a thick layer of balm. During the day, this crayon works under lipstick. My lips are smooth and actually more plumped and healthy. This line is strongly scented with roses but the fragrance fades.
