Wow!

I've been using this Dr. Dennis Gross LED mask every day for about 10 days since it arrived. Maybe it's wishful thinking, but I really do think I'm starting to see a slight difference in some of the lighter dark spots on my face. At 56, I'm very picky about my skin and wouldn't make that statement without really believing that I'm seeing some type of difference. Prior to purchasing the mask I used a high quality professional vitamin C serum on the same dark spots. Although it probably helped, the spots still wouldn't budge and I'd spend extra time every morning putting on makeup. I tried other LED masks before investing in the FaceWare Pro but they didn't fit my face as well and left marks upon removal. This mask is lined with silicone and I find it comfortable, lightweight and easy to use. One treatment with this mask lasts a mere 3 minutes! Other masks I tried had longer treatment times (10-20 minutes), wires to mess with and instructions that were sometimes hard to follow. This mask isn't cheap, but it's also not as expensive as some others out there. The mask is also very simple to use - there's one button in the middle of the forehead that turns it on and controls the lights. I usually lay the mask on my face and don't bother with the strap. I had professional treatments with light therapy on my face when I was in my late 30's early 40's for some annoying breakouts. While the treatments worked, they were costly and I had to drive to the dermatologist's office to get them. This mask provides a simple, easy and convenient way to get all of the benefits of LED therapy without leaving home. And just an FYI, if you're going to register the mask for the warranty the serial number is under the strap on the right inside the mask. Older models apparently put the serial number on the inside left or on the bottom.
