This is a green color gel with almost no fragrance which goes around the eyes smoothly. It hydrates and refreshes the skin around the eyes but it dries fast and makes the skin folding stick together, so you might need to pat around the eyes to prevent this. In general I didn’t see any difference in the brightness or lines around the eyes and I think you can buy cheaper drugstore brand with the same effectiveness.
