All molecules have been ex vivo tested by means of the Franz Cells, thanks to their capability to be absorbed by the skin. While you're not going to get lip injection results from this, I use a derma roller and then put this on, let it dry, then top with a lip mask. Also, drink lots of water to stay hydrated. I can definitely say that my lips are way less dry and peeling and dare I say a bit plumper? I'm going to try another tube for sure.
