A lot of glycolic treatments have unfavorable ingredient lists and it took me several weeks to find this one. I have been using glycolic acid products for over 10 years. I have a deep skin tone. This serum is light weight, non-irritating and EFFECTIVE. It does not cause redness, redness or irritation - it peels, smoothes and refines the skin. I really recommend this product, though I am not sure if it would be suitable for the novice user.
