I love this product. I have loose type 3A-3B curls and this helps keep my curls together before applying the rest of my products. I use it after applying a leave-in conditioner and before blow drying my hair with a diffuser. It's light enough that it doesn't weigh my hair down, so I don't have to worry about gunking up my hair too much.
