Kenra follows the regulations set forth by the EPA (Environmental Protections Agency) and CARB (California Air Resources Board), including a new regulation to reduce the number of VOC in aerosol finishing sprays and dry shampoos starting January 1, 2023. With advances in technology, Kenra now offers aerosol finishing sprays at a 50% VOC, down from 55% VOC levels – while still maintaining great overall performance that Kenra finishing sprays are known for. Aerosol finishing sprays that are 80% VOC will remain 80% VOC.
